Child Safety Standards Policy
At Seona, ensuring the safety of children in online environments is one of our top priorities. As a social media platform, we are fully committed to complying with the Child Safety Standards Policy in all the services we offer. In this context, we implement multifaceted measures at technical, content-based, and operational levels to protect our child users in digital environments.
Our application operates under a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any form of sharing, spreading, or promoting such content is strictly prohibited. If content suspected to be CSAE-related is detected, it is immediately removed, the relevant accounts are blocked, and the incident is reported to the appropriate legal authorities. Our development team and moderation unit proactively enforce this policy.
An easily accessible reporting/complaint system is available to all users within the app. Users can report inappropriate content or suspicious behavior with a single tap. All reports are promptly reviewed by our experienced safety team, and appropriate actions are taken without delay.
To ensure the safety of our child users, technical measures such as age verification, content filtering, and privacy settings have been implemented. Content that is not age-appropriate is restricted from access by younger users. Additionally, user profiles for children are configured with enhanced privacy settings.
No targeted advertising is shown to child users on our platform, and user data for individuals under the age of 13 is never shared with third parties. The application operates in full compliance with applicable local and international child protection laws (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K, etc.).
A designated officer is assigned to handle matters related to user safety and child protection. For inquiries or reports regarding safety, abuse, or data protection, please contact us at:
